Herbal Detox Wrap:

This detoxification wrap is the perfect way to jump start your diet or fuel a diet that has hit a plateau. The session begins with dry brushing which stimulates circulation and lymph flow. Linen sheets are soaked in rosemary, juniper, ginger, clove, and sage are wrapped tightly around the body to facilitate detoxification. The session ends with a relaxing application of firming lotion. Mud Wrap:

This spa treatment is designed to help detoxify the body, hydrate and firm the skin, and relax/soothe the muscles. Some mud wraps are also useful in relieving tired and aching joints, easing inflammation, and helping to flush out toxins. *Different types of mud available.  Results vary by person.
